Now that the paper work is complete your order is put into production,
this process normally takes up to 14 days, this may vary from time
to time. Usually at acceptance you will be told if this time
will vary.
Once your order is produced you will be called to arrange an installation
time. Installation times are available between 10am and 3pm Monday
to Friday and most shower screens require two visits if they are to
be installed correctly. Please make sure you will be available between these
times on both days.
Installation, day one
When our installers arrive, they will begin installation, the first
stage normally takes 2-3 hours per screen to complete. Due to the nature
of the work please make sure children and pets are well away, glass
is extremely dangerous uninstalled and your safety is our number one
priority.
Installation, day two
This is the last visit required to complete your shower
screen, please allow 1-2 hours per screen for this visit. Once
complete our installers will explain to you how to maintain and
clean your new shower screen. If you have any questions feel free to
ask our installers. Our installers will leave your bathroom as
clean, if not cleaner than when they arrived.
Payment
Our installers will provide you with an invoice for the completed
work and expect payment at that time. Various
payment options are available and can
be viewed on our payments page. If it
will not be possible to make payment at this time you will need to
contact us prior to the installation.
